What You'll Do9
- 1Implement and maintain personalized behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
- 2Collect comprehensive behavioral data to monitor progress toward therapeutic goals
- 3Teach daily living and social skills using ABA techniques in natural environments
- 4Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated service delivery
- 5Prepare accurate documentation and progress reports for clinical supervision
- 6Provide direct therapy services in home and community settings
- 7Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
- 8Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet unique client needs and evolving requirements
- 9Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience working with autism spectrum disorders
- 2Bachelor's degree in psychology education or related field preferred
- 3CPC Card certification valued
- 4Strong ability to analyze behavioral patterns and develop effective strategies
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6Proven track record of teamwork and collaborative problem solving
- 7Ability to operate independently while contributing to group objectives
- 8High level of organization and time management capabilities
