What You'll Do9
- 1Provide direct ABA services to clients with autism in clinic home school or community environments
- 2Implement evidence-based interventions to reduce challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- 3Collect and maintain accurate client data following established protocols
- 4Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members to support holistic care
- 5Participate in ongoing training focused on behavior analysis crisis intervention and professional growth
- 6Complete administrative tasks during client cancellations such as material preparation and sanitation
- 7Travel between multiple locations as needed with reliable transportation
- 8Maintain physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 40 pounds
- 9Engage in therapeutic play activities alongside clients to foster meaningful interactions
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience delivering ABA therapy using Spark and Airflow platforms
- 23-5 seasons of clinical practice with proven expertise in behavioral interventions
- 3Bachelor's degree preferred with certification in CPC Card or BCBA recognized credentials
- 4Demonstrated ability to pass comprehensive background checks including health screenings
- 5Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families and healthcare professionals
- 6Physical capability to meet dynamic work demands and adapt to varying client needs
- 7Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in therapeutic practice
