What You'll Do7
- 1Supervise behavior management program to minimize aggression and inappropriate behavior
- 2Maintain resident safety through observation and proactive monitoring
- 3Document resident behaviors accurately and timely
- 4Prepare behavioral reports and incident reports as required
- 5Utilize counseling techniques including de-escalation and positive reinforcement
- 6Respond promptly to crisis situations following established procedures
- 7Assist with daily activity logs and program implementation
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading mental health initiatives
- 3BA/BS degree preferred
- 4High school diploma
- 5Two years direct care experience with behavioral youth
- 6Proficiency in verbal de-escalation and Handle with Care
- 7Strong knowledge of program manual
- 8Must be at least 21 years old
- 9Complete mandatory two-week orientation M-F 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- 10Full background check including fingerprint and drug screen
