What You'll Do11

  • 1Assist patients in meeting biopsychosocial needs through therapeutic skills
  • 2Teach emotional regulation and social functioning using evidence‑based methods
  • 3Provide crisis intervention and family therapy services
  • 4Conduct chart audits and contribute to regulatory surveys
  • 5Mentor new therapists and act as a preceptor
  • 6Support the Director of Clinical Services with administrative tasks
  • 7Prepare and deliver educational and support groups
  • 8Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
  • 9Perform individual and family counseling on scheduled timetables
  • 10Advocate for patients and families regarding referrals and resources
  • 11Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons of clinical experience
  • 3One year of group facilitation experience
  • 4Licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Texas
  • 5Current driver’s license
  • 6Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or mental health counseling
  • 7Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • 8Knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques
  • 9Experience with crisis intervention procedures
  • 10Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic planning skills
  • 11Ability to engage with patients, families, and staff collaboratively
