What You'll Do12
- 1Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs tailored to meet the needs of the residents.
- 2Supervise and mentor clinical staff including therapists counselors and case managers ensuring continuous professional development.
- 3Monitor and evaluate resident progress adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- 4Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards for clinical care and treatment protocols.
- 5Oversee daily operations of treatment programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- 6Collaborate with medical staff education coordinators and support teams to provide holistic care.
- 7Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the therapeutic environment.
- 8Lead and inspire the treatment team to uphold the center's values and mission.
- 9Facilitate team meetings to review resident progress and address concerns or challenges.
- 10Coordinate training sessions to keep the team updated on industry best practices and innovative treatment strategies.
- 11Serve as an advocate for residents ensuring their voices are heard in treatment planning.
- 12Promote a culture of empathy respect and dignity for all residents.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2State licensure or certification as a clinical professional e.g. LMFT LCSW LPC
- 3At least 5 years of experience in clinical leadership preferably in a residential treatment setting
- 4Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care behavioral therapies and family systems approaches
- 5Master’s degree in psychology social work counseling or a related field (Ph.D. or Psy.D. preferred)
