Overview
Lead clinical operations develop programs and supervise staff. Oversee ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow. Drive evidence based treatment and specialty services. Ensure compliance with Department of State Health Services Joint Commission and TRS standards.

- 1Collaborate with Executive Director or Regional VP and Program Coordinators to educate staff clients and families
- 2Monitor clinical records and programming to meet regulatory standards
- 3Develop implement maintain curriculum using evidence based treatment approved by leadership
- 4Provide specialty services to enhance client treatment experience
- 5Supervise clinical staff and direct reports
- 6Train and support staff professional development
- 7Conduct regular meetings with staff about procedures processes and effectiveness
- 8Assist with marketing and community relations
- 9Conduct specialty groups as directed
- 10Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons direct clinical services experience
- 33 years supervisory or management role
- 4LPC LCSW or LMFT licensure required
- 5Master's or doctoral degree in counseling social work psychology or related field from accredited institution
- 612 step program experience preferred
