What You'll Do11
- 1Provide direct supervision and support following program policies and treatment plans
- 2Maintain safe structured residential environment aligned with therapeutic objectives
- 3Monitor resident behavior and emotional well-being throughout daily activities
- 4Model appropriate communication and apply trauma-informed care principles
- 5Assist residents with daily living activities and personal responsibilities
- 6Implement individualized treatment goals using evidence-based interventions
- 7Utilize crisis prevention techniques to manage challenging behaviors
- 8Document resident activities and progress accurately and timely
- 9Conduct regular room checks and environmental safety inspections
- 10Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with clinical teams
- 11Follow program leadership directives for consistent implementation
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Experience working with youth adults or behavioral health populations
- 3Ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate empathy
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Preferred associate or bachelor's degree in behavioral health psychology social work
- 6CPR and First Aid certification
- 7Crisis prevention/de-escalation certification
- 8Experience in residential treatment or similar settings
- 9Reliability and accountability in fast-paced environment
- 10Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse settings
