Lead clinical treatment programs for psychiatric and substance use care across inpatient and outpatient settings ensuring high-quality integrated services and strong leadership for counseling teams.
What You'll Do11
- 1Develop and implement therapeutic modalities while overseeing discharge planning for effective care transitions
- 2Ensure accurate clinical documentation compliant with regulatory standards
- 3Implement company approved programs consistently across all service lines
- 4Provide performance feedback and corrective counseling to therapists
- 5Participate in regulatory accreditation surveys including The Joint Commission and Medicare
- 6Coordinate performance improvement initiatives and complete monthly reports
- 7Attend treatment team meetings to support patient-centered care
- 8Communicate therapeutic roles and treatment plans clearly to patients and families
- 9Engage in complaint-resolution processes to ensure timely outcomes
- 10Collaborate with hospital leadership on operational effectiveness
- 11Exhibit core values of patient care and teamwork
Requirements6
- 1Master’s degree in social work counseling or related field from accredited institution
- 2Independent Counseling or Social Work license required per state regulations
- 3Three years clinical experience in inpatient behavioral health
- 4Three years experience with target patient populations
- 5CPR certification obtained within 30 days of employment
- 6De-escalation certification obtained within 30 days of employment
