What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with patients and families to support crisis management
- 2Design and implement individualized care plans aligned with clinical goals
- 3Conduct daily safety assessments and maintain accurate B/P weight tracking
- 4Document intake output and coordinate nutritional monitoring
- 5Lead or co lead therapeutic groups focusing on emotional regulation
- 6Perform medication administration and track compliance
- 7Maintain private rooms and ensure calming environments
- 8Collaborate with nurses for timely vital sign notifications
- 9Complete mandatory physical fitness evaluation prior to start
- 10Follow protocols for restraint reduction and de escalation techniques
- 11Provide documentation for regulatory compliance and billing
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of child psychiatry experience
- 3B.A degree in psychology social work or related field
- 4American Heart Association BLS certification
- 5Prior inpatient behavioral experience preferred
- 6Union CH Laborers membership required
- 7High school diploma minimum requirement
