Overview

What You'll Do9
- 1Build and co-lead ADL groups while supervising daily patient activities
- 2Perform safety checks and conduct 1:1 patient meetings
- 3Chart B/P TPR and weight accurately while notifying RN of vital sign changes
- 4Measure and document patient intake and output precisely
- 5Assist patients with bathing laundry toileting and room organization
- 6Maintain nutritional hydration needs and monitor patient tasks as directed
- 7Complete job-specific physical test upon hire
- 8Support multidisciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed care
- 9Drive implementation of de-escalation strategies across shifts
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma with 5+ years human service experience
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified cloud architecture knowledge optional but advantageous
- 4BCBA credential for behavioral health specialization required
- 5Current BLS certification mandatory for all hires
