You will own clinical operations at a mental health facility for children, ensuring compliance with JCAHO, HCFA, and state regulations while managing treatment planning and quality improvement. You will coordinate a licensed treatment team and drive program effectiveness to support both academic and personal growth. - 3Investigate unusual occurrence reports, implement corrective action plans, and ensure follow-through.
- 4Drive performance improvement initiatives and manage quality management activities to meet program goals.
- 5Audit medical records for documentation accuracy and treatment plan effectiveness, flagging gaps.
- 6Evaluate all medical and psychiatric emergency interventions, ensuring appropriate response and documentation.
- 7Monitor HBIPS core measures data collection, providing daily feedback to clinical staff.
- 8Adhere to facility policies and report to work reliably, supporting cross-functional needs as they arise.
Requirements7
- 1Master's degree in nursing, social work, or a clinical mental health field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 23+ years in a psychiatric healthcare setting (preferred).
- 3Working knowledge of JCAHO/HCFA, OSHA, state, and federal regulatory requirements (preferred).
- 4Current state license: LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or RN.
- 5BLS certification upon hire.
- 6De-escalation training within 30 days of hire.
- 7Effective verbal and written communication in English.
