- 1Own clinical oversight of behavioral health services in community, school, and telehealth settings.

- 3Enforce clinical policies that meet Medicaid, CMH, and state/federal standards.
- 4Lead chart reviews, utilization review, and QA, including audits and corrective action plans.
- 5Oversee CPT coding and billing workflows, partnering with finance on medical necessity.
- 6Set program goals and budgets, tracking outcomes and reporting effectiveness.
- 7Serve as liaison with CMH partners, payers, and referral sources.
- 8Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical practice standards.
Requirements5
- 1Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- 2Active Michigan license: LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP.
- 33-5+ years in direct clinical services and 2+ years supervising in community settings.
- 4Fluent in Medicaid/CMH and commercial payer rules, including documentation and audit standards.
- 5Proficient in CPT/HCPCS coding, utilization management, EHR, and Microsoft 365.
