What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for behavioral health services in Illinois
- 2Provide supervision coaching and support to therapists and clinical staff
- 3Conduct quality assurance audits and ensure compliance with state federal and organizational standards
- 4Review clinical documentation for accuracy timeliness and quality
- 5Support staff onboarding training and ongoing clinical development
- 6Assist with performance improvement initiatives and corrective action plans
- 7Collaborate with operations credentialing billing and leadership teams
- 8Monitor productivity patient engagement and clinical outcomes
- 9Ensure adherence to safety planning crisis intervention and reporting procedures
- 10Support implementation and optimization of EMR clinical platforms
- 11Participate in meetings audits and leadership initiatives
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology marriage and family therapy social work or counseling
- 3Active Illinois clinical license required (LCSW LCPC LMFT PsyD PhD or equivalent)
- 4Minimum of 2+ years of behavioral health clinical experience
- 5Previous leadership or management experience required
- 6Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation standards and compliance requirements
- 7Experience with quality assurance and clinical auditing preferred
- 8Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
- 9Experience working with telehealth and multidisciplinary teams preferred
