- 9Analyze utilization metrics to optimize resource allocation
- 10Maintain secure electronic health records and documentation practices
- 11Foster a collaborative culture that prioritizes patient-centered care
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience as a clinical psychotherapist
- 2AWS Certified solution architect or equivalent cloud expertise
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4Spark and Airflow proficiency
- 5Kubernetes deployment experience required
- 6License in Illinois or other states with telehealth privileges
- 7Proven leadership abilities with direct reports
- 8Strong understanding of LGBTQ+ and transgender healthcare needs
- 9Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
- 10Ability to manage multiple caseloads independently
- 11Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and digital tools
