What You'll Do11
- 1Provide individual therapy to clients and families using evidence based approaches
- 2Assist clients in developing personal interests goals strengths and weaknesses
- 3Facilitate transitions from professional services to community based resources
- 4Identify internal and external barriers to resource participation and develop solutions
- 5Complete comprehensive documentation including session notes treatment plans and discharge summaries
- 6Offer teletherapy services through video conferencing and other communication platforms
- 7Prepare and analyze treatment plans and psychiatric reports
- 8Maintain ethical standards protect client confidentiality and ensure cultural competence
- 9Plan and organize caseload manage deadlines independently
- 10Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed master level psychologists
- 11Make clinical decisions prioritizing client welfare and agency alignment
Requirements6
- 1PhD in psychology or related field with minimum one year experience in behavioral health and addictions
- 2Experience with teletherapy modalities including video conferencing and telephone consultations
- 3Knowledge of software programs for document preparation and case management
- 4Ability to work across different time zones with flexible scheduling
- 5Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship building and conflict resolution
- 6Commitment to cultural diversity and client centered care practices
Salary Insight
$100 - $120k per year
