EIOP Mental Health Therapist - Remote!
Overview
SunCloud Health seeks an EIOP Mental Health Therapist to lead remote care. This role drives integrated treatment for adults and adolescents. You will shape therapeutic approaches and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely
- 2Develop case management plans with treatment and family components
- 3Lead weekly supervision meetings with clinical staff
- 4Represent SCH in community corporate and referral settings
- 5Design growth strategies for program expansion and sustainability
- 6Analyze client outcomes to refine service offerings
- 7Ensure compliance with evidence based practices
- 8Coordinate with management on strategic initiatives
- 9Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies
Requirements10
- 1Masters degree in Counseling Social Work or related field
- 2Licensed clinician status preferred
- 3Proven revenue generation experience
- 4Commercial insurance billing expertise
- 5Electronic health record management proficiency
- 6Evidence based practice implementation skills
- 7Crisis intervention experience with families
- 8Program development and evaluation abilities
- 9Strong organizational and public speaking skills
- 10Computer literacy with Outlook Word Excel databases
Salary Insight
$60 - $75k per year
