What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement treatment plans using Python and React to analyze patient data and track progress metrics
- 2Conduct individual family and group therapy sessions via telehealth and in-office platforms
- 3Maintain accurate electronic health records adhering to AWS cloud standards and Kubernetes infrastructure
- 4Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated care pathways
- 5Ensure documentation meets Maryland Medicaid compliance requirements
- 6Analyze clinical outcomes to improve service delivery efficiency
- 7Train administrative staff on hybrid care protocols
- 8Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research studies
- 9Develop training materials for new clinicians
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading mental health treatment programs
- 3Active unrestricted Maryland clinical license including LCSW-C or psychologist credentials
- 4Proficiency with CPC Card certification and BCBA credentials
- 5Demonstrated ability to meet minimum session thresholds for full-time or part-time roles
- 6Expertise in demand generation strategies for behavioral health services
- 7Strong understanding of landscape regulations for telehealth compliance
- 8Experience with payroll processing systems
- 9Knowledge of secure data transmission protocols
- 10Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments
- 11Commitment to continuous professional development
