Lead hybrid fee-for-service clinical team delivering individual family and group psychotherapy in Baltimore Waldorf Landover Maryland. Seeking active unrestricted Maryland license comfortable with telehealth in-office hybrid model. Minimum full-time daily sessions 5-6 weekly up to 45 weekly part-time sessions. Must meet CARF accredited Maryland Medicaid documentation standards.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement therapeutic interventions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy modalities
- 2Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with client goals
- 3Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy via video conferencing and in-person sessions
- 4Maintain accurate electronic health records following CARF and Medicaid compliance requirements
- 5Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals
- 6Participate in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- 7Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- 8Complete required documentation within specified timeframes
- 9Contribute to research and best practice development within the organization
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Unrestricted Maryland clinical license in good standing such as LCSW-C LCPC LGPC LMSW or Licensed Psychologist
- 3Full-time schedule requiring 5-6 sessions daily up to 45 weekly in-office sessions
- 4Part-time schedule requiring 3-4 sessions daily up to 16 weekly in-office sessions
- 5Commitment to hybrid fee-for-service clinical practice model
- 6Ability to meet weekly session volume expectations
- 7Familiarity with CPT codes for billing psychotherapy services
- 8Knowledge of telehealth regulations and HIPAA compliance standards
- 9Demonstrated proficiency with EHR systems
- 10Strong communication skills for virtual and face-to-face interactions
- 11Experience working in CARF-accredited behavioral health settings
