What You'll Do9
- 1Build and oversee supervisory programs for multiple therapists and a prescriber
- 2Drive case discussions through monthly collaborative meetings with prescribers
- 3Ship therapeutic interventions ensuring consistent quality standards
- 4Scale service delivery based on demand while preserving privacy and convenience
- 5Maintain virtual clinical team meetings using secure platforms
- 6Provide guidance and support to supervisees on complex cases
- 7Optimize workflow processes for efficient client management
- 8Drive engagement with diverse patient populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities
- 9Utilize cloud-based tools to coordinate care across distributed teams
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading clinical teams in fast-paced environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified preferred
- 65+ years experience with diverse populations
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 8Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple caseloads
- 9Proficiency with basic technology for virtual consultations
- 10Remote work experience with proven productivity
