Overview
Own patient safety and well being in a behavioral health setting across day and night shifts in Phoenix on a 13 week contract or PRN basis. You will observe, document, and report patient behavior and concerns to clinical staff while adhering to facility safety protocols. This role works alongside Medical Assistants and CNAs to support daily operations and patient care.
