What You'll Do5
- 1Build and provide Psychiatric care in acute settings with a focus on crisis intervention
- 2Diagnose and treat patients in crisis, coordinating care across the behavioral health team
- 3Lead patient assessments, medications management, and safety planning during 12 hour shifts
- 4Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and case managers to ensure seamless care transitions
- 5Document care plans and outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance and quality
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 2 years' experience in an acute psychiatric setting with crisis intervention or inpatient detox
- 2Master’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing with ARNP training
- 3Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP certification
- 4Ability to complete required pre-employment screenings
- 5Onsite availability in Mesa AZ with willingness to work rotating weekends and 12 hour shifts
