What You'll Do6
- 1Build and supervise nursing care plans for assigned patients
- 2Communicate barriers to service to supervisors and attending practitioners
- 3Delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed personnel
- 4Provide patient-centered nursing assessments in crisis and medical settings
- 5Offer medication-assisted treatment support and monitoring within integrated care models
- 6Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure safety
Requirements6
- 1Associate’s degree in nursing required
- 2Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- 3Valid Arizona or Compact RN license in good standing
- 4Current Arizona driver’s license and clean 39-month motor vehicle record for Pool RN
- 5Experience in behavioral and medical crisis settings preferred
- 6Minimum strong communication and collaboration skills
