Overview
The RN will provide nursing care within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team serving patients in crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. What You'll Do5
- 1Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients ensuring safety and adherence to care plans
- 2Coordinate and communicate orders from medical practitioners and escalate barriers promptly
- 3Delegate and supervise nursing tasks to LPNs and unlicensed personnel as appropriate
- 4Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations
- 5Support crisis intervention and behavioral health care delivery within integrated care models
Requirements5
- 1Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing
- 2Arizona Board of Nursing License in good standing or compact license accepted or license-eligible within 90 days
- 31-3 years of health care experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred
- 4Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- 5Commitment to nonprofit healthcare and patient-centered care
