Overview
Accurately perform patient assessments and identify needs. Identify and initiate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age. Complete interdisciplinary care plans. Perform QI assessments. This registered nurse will own patient outcomes.

Requirements10
- 1Current RN license in North Carolina
- 2Graduate from accredited nursing program
- 3Basic Life Support certification within 30 days
- 4Crisis Prevention Intervention certification within 30 days
- 5One year nursing experience preferred
- 6Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience preferred
- 7Strong communication and de-escalation abilities
- 8Ability to function effectively in high pressure environments
- 9Commitment to patient centered care
- 10Part time schedule availability
