Overview
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) promoting resident health and wellbeing collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary teams. Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families at Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living.
What You'll Do10
- 1Promote resident health and wellbeing through collaboration with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- 2Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families
- 3Perform clinical duties according to state nurse practice act and nursing standards
- 4Develop holistic care plans in partnership with interdisciplinary team
- 5Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications
- 6Coordinate care with care associates based on resident needs
- 7Document resident status accurately and timely
- 8Participate in care conferences as directed by Clinical Manager
- 9Support resident preferences and choices in electronic medical records
- 10Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 6 months RN experience
- 2Senior care experience preferred
- 3Active RN license in NC with CPR certification
- 4Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- 5Electronic medical record proficiency preferred
- 6Valid license in state of practice
