Overview
Rydal Park seeks a temporary full-time Registered Nurse to support residents at a Life Plan Community. The role involves performing nursing evaluations, initiating care plans, and collaborating with care partners. What You'll Do9
- 1Ensure safe environment for residents staff and visitors
- 2Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
- 3Initiate and supervise care plans as needed
- 4Develop assignments with care partners and ensure accountability
- 5Maintain accurate documentation and communication
- 6Support residents through daily activities and therapeutic interventions
- 7Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
- 8Adapt care approaches based on individual resident needs
- 9Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the facility
Requirements7
- 1Current RN license in Pennsylvania
- 2Valid CPR certification
- 33-5 years of nursing experience in senior care skilled nurse or post-acute settings
- 4Preference for graduates of nursing programs
- 5Ability to work flexible shift schedules including nights and weekends
- 6Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 7Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous learning
