What You'll Do11
- 1Complete resident and prospective-resident assessments as requested
- 2Travel to resident locations for off-site evaluations
- 3Conduct PRN nursing visits at the personal care home
- 4Observe residents and document relevant findings
- 5Communicate nursing observations to management and healthcare professionals
- 6Maintain accurate confidential documentation
- 7Follow HIPAA and facility policies
- 8Recognize situations requiring escalation
- 9Schedule and manage availability flexibly
- 10Provide medication management and senior care knowledge
- 11Document assessments and visits promptly
Requirements10
- 1Current unrestricted Georgia LPN license
- 2Active CPR/First Aid certification
- 3Experience with seniors and senior care settings
- 4Strong assessment and documentation skills
- 5Reliable transportation
- 6Ability to work independently
- 7Professional and compassionate demeanor
- 8Background screening clearance
- 9Valid identification and onboarding documents
- 10Applicable employment eligibility
