What You'll Do9
- 1Own patient care plans and monitor progress through observation assessment and documentation
- 2Conduct daily vital sign checks including blood pressure temperature and pulse
- 3Educate patients and families on disease processes medications and home care procedures
- 4Report adverse findings to physicians and RNs promptly
- 5Assist with activities of daily living transport patients and manage household tasks
- 6Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations
- 7Follow infection control policies and adhere to agency standards
- 8Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care services
- 9Support quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare setting
Requirements5
- 1Current North Carolina LPN license and BLS certificate
- 23-5 years experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 35+ years building systems in healthcare environments
- 4Proficiency in AWS Certified solutions
- 5Ability to work independently in varied home settings
