What You'll Do10
- 1Build and process donated merchandise for salvage vendors ensuring quality and proper categorization
- 2Inspect items to determine category and manage quality control
- 3Safeguard company property and report incidents of theft or misuse
- 4Receive, organize, and maintain a clean, safe workstation and environment
- 5Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements
- 6Cross train to support Retail Sales or Forklift Operation as needed
- 7Follow all safety rules and promptly report unsafe conditions
- 8Maintain facilities including restrooms, floors, walls, and parking lots
- 9Support other duties as assigned to meet department quotas
- 10Demonstrate Goodwill core values in daily work
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 2Ability to be trained and take direction
- 3Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- 4Must be 18 years of age or older
- 5Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- 6Comfortable with standing, lifting, and operating pallets and merchandise
