Own donation processing and front line support in a store environment handling donations, pricing, stocking, and customer service. Scale includes daily flow of donated goods and assists in truck loading and unloading. Team includes store staff and drivers, with emphasis on accuracy and organization. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and inspect donations for sale floor, price and tally items
- 2Move racks and carts to retail floor and assist stocking merchandise
- 3Open and close donations area and safeguard donations
- 4Maintain clean safe processing and donation areas
- 5Assist truck helpers and drivers with loading and unloading
- 6Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers
- 7Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 2Minimum of 6 months processing experience or completion of GISD employment program
- 3Knowledge of quality clothing and merchandise brand names preferred
- 4Ability to handle donations in a fast paced store environment
- 5Basic computer skills not required but welcomed
