Overview
Owns the end-to-end processing of donated merchandise for sale across GCNA stores at scale. Works on pricing, ticketing, stocking, and safety in a fast-paced retail environment. What You'll Do8
- 1Build merchandise processing workflows including pricing and ticketing to meet quotas and sell-through targets
- 2Stock and organize donated goods on the floor and back stock according to floorwork standards
- 3Safeguard company property and report theft, misappropriation, or unsafe items
- 4Follow safety rules and use appropriate equipment while handling potentially hazardous materials
- 5Maintain in-person attendance and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment
- 6Assist leadership by communicating hazardous observations and ensuring storage and disposal compliance
- 7Adhere to compliance with background checks and drug screening where applicable
- 8Participate in company benefits and wellness programs as part of total rewards

- 1Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2Ability to speak and read English proficiently
- 3Capable of lifting, bending, pushing, turning and manipulating small objects
- 4Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable
- 5Comfort with standing, walking and working in a fast-paced environment
- 6Must be able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
