Own the donation intake and on-site operations at our Scottsdale donation center. You will handle donations, assist customers, and ensure clean, organized space for efficient processing at scale. Work with a team focused on community impact and operational excellence. This role blends customer service with hands-on logistics and safety compliance.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build efficient donation processing workflows and label merchandise accurately for storage and transport
- 2Manage manifests for outgoing donations including trucks and trailers to ensure on-time delivery
- 3Assist customers with unloading furniture and heavy items while maintaining safety and courtesy
- 4Keep donation area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies
- 5Follow safety rules, report hazards and injuries, and communicate problems to RDC Operations Leader
Requirements5
- 1High School education or equivalent
- 2Excellent customer service skills
- 3Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- 4Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- 5Available for onsite full-time work at Phoenix, AZ
