What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead Donation Center Operations to maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming environment
  • 2Oversee staffing and volunteer coverage to support operations and resident services
  • 3Coordinate receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of donated goods
  • 4Maintain inventory levels and identify priority donation needs
  • 5Ensure food bank operations follow guidelines and procedures including safety and handling
  • 6Supervise and support staff and volunteers to follow procedures and provide excellent service
  • 7Collaborate with staff across the organization to support residents and donors
  • 8Maintain accurate records and compile reports on in-kind donations and operations
  • 9Support grant-related tracking and reporting for Donation Center operations
  • 10Assist in updating and enforcing Donation Center policies and procedures

Requirements5

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Valid Arizona drivers license
  • 3Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • 4State of Arizona fingerprint clearance or ability to obtain
  • 5Food Handlerard or ability to obtain within first 7 days of employment
