What You'll Do9
- 1Build daily store operations to meet sales and donation targets
- 2Lead and mentor volunteers and staff to ensure high customer satisfaction
- 3Design and implement merchandising and inventory processes to optimize stock levels
- 4Own cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily reconciliation
- 5Drive community engagement and donor relations to support mission impact
- 6Scale store performance through data-driven adjustments to staffing and scheduling
- 7Ship and maintain store standards in partnership with management
- 8Drive safety and compliance with nonprofit retail policies
- 9Own training programs for new volunteers and temporary staff
