What You'll Do6
- 1Build strong customer service interactions to maximize donations and sales
- 2Process donations quickly and accurately at the cash register after training
- 3Assist customers with loading and unloading donations and purchases including furniture
- 4Prepare inventory for estate donations and maintain tax documents
- 5Coordinate with thrift store drivers for prompt pickups and load logistics
- 6Support volunteers in daily thrift store operations and ensure proper cash handling
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Thrift store or merchandising experience preferred
- 3Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
- 4Ability to operate a cash register after training
- 5Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as described
