In this on-site role, you lead all marketing, F&B activations, and digital strategy, managing agencies and content capture. You'll report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with revenue, sales, and food & beverage teams. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build the annual property marketing plan within budget, coordinating with General Manager, Sales, F&B, and corporate brand teams.
  • 2Drive targeted promotional offers with Revenue Management and Sales to increase room nights and support group sales.
  • 3Direct third-party social media, digital advertising, and PR agencies, optimizing paid strategies with real-time Nashville market data.
  • 4Review content calendars, promotional copy, and media placements to ensure brand voice compliance and ROI.
  • 5Hold external agencies accountable to key metrics, analyzing monthly digital spend and campaign conversions.
  • 6Plan and execute on-site activations, seasonal programming, and signature experiences, including rooftop events, live music, mixology classes, pop-ups, and holiday events.
  • 7Capture real-time photos and videos of daily operations, live entertainment, dining venues, and guest experiences for digital and social media.
  • 8Manage creative asset submissions for print and digital collateral, ensuring accuracy across websites, menus, and signage.
  • 9Develop cross-promotional relationships with Nashville partners, music organizations, tourism boards, and influencers, supporting PR and media visits.
  • 10Manage digital and social advertising budgets, design monthly email newsletters with Sales/F&B teams, and train front-line staff on guest data collection.

Requirements6

  • 13+ years of professional hospitality marketing experience, with previous hotel experience required.
  • 2Prefer background in boutique, lifestyle, or independent hotels where local culture drives strategy.
  • 3Proven experience managing third-party marketing, digital, or PR agencies.
  • 4Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 5Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, mobile photo/video editing, email marketing software, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
  • 6Ability to work on-site full-time, including nights, weekends, or holidays as required.
