Overview

Owns the backlog for manufacturing and operational capabilities across Manufacturing Operations and Fulfillment. Manages roadmap features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to drive delivery with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams. Serves as liaison between Manufacturing Operations and technology teams to ensure solutions improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Works with Product Management, Plant Leadership, and stakeholders to align with business objectives and operational metrics.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and refine backlog items based on roadmap priorities and business value
  • 2Design and document user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
  • 3Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement with Engineering and QA to ensure on time delivery
  • 4Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations and Fulfillment teams to identify operational improvements
  • 5Validate delivered capabilities against requirements and monitor adoption and impact
  • 6Communicate dependencies, risks, and scope concerns to Product Manager
  • 7Support release planning, UAT, and readiness activities
  • 8Provide operational insights and stakeholder feedback to roadmap planning
  • 9Maintain visibility into production constraints and integration points
  • 10Own requirements definitions to ensure alignment with manufacturing workflows

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2Typically 3+ years of directly related experience
  • 3Experience managing product backlogs for manufacturing or operational technology environments
  • 4Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and refining business requirements
  • 5Experience translating operational challenges into scalable technology solutions
  • 6Experience supporting workflow management, ERP integrations, or production tracking platforms
  • 7Ability to collaborate across Manufacturing Operations, Fulfillment, and Engineering teams
  • 8Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and operational metrics
  • 9Experience working with Agile software development teams
  • 10Experience evaluating product changes for operational impact and business value
