  • 2Own the product backlog, prioritize items based on business value, and ensure transparency across the team.
  • 3Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
  • 4Drive sprint planning, review, and retrospective ceremonies with scrum teams to deliver high-quality features every iteration.
  • 5Gather and analyze feedback from customers, data, and market trends to inform roadmap decisions.
  • 6Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating status clearly.
  • 7Monitor product performance metrics and adjust priorities to optimize business impact.
  • 8Champion Agile practices and coach team members on product ownership best practices.

Requirements8

  • 115+ years of experience in product ownership or product management roles.
  • 2Proven track record of defining and delivering product roadmaps in an Agile environment.
  • 3Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical design trade-offs.
  • 4Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • 5Experience managing complex product portfolios and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • 6Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7Traceable experience with backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • 8Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a plus.
