Overview
Own the product backlog for a payments platform processing millions of transactions daily. You will define epics, features, and user stories, prioritizing work that drives business value. What You'll Do6
- 1Create and maintain the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories.
- 2Refine and prioritize backlog items based on business impact and stakeholder input.
- 3Partner with Scrum teams to clarify requirements and ensure shared understanding.
- 4Drive sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Agile team.
- 5Collaborate with engineering on technical feasibility and trade-offs.
- 6Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and business needs.
Requirements5
- 18+ years in product management, business analysis, or product ownership.
- 25+ years in payments or transaction processing systems.
- 3Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- 4Demonstrated skill in backlog management and prioritization.
- 5Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
