What You'll Do6
- 1Own the full product delivery lifecycle from intake to launch, including dependency and release management.
- 2Coordinate change management across functional teams, ensuring smooth transitions and resource alignment.
- 3Manage project timelines and dependencies, resolve blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- 4Define and track launch success criteria from pilot to general availability.
- 5Support client-facing teams during early adoption, gathering feedback to drive improvements.
- 6Enhance market readiness and adoption processes for new solutions and partnerships.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in product management or similar, with 2+ years in fintech or financial services.
- 2Strong knowledge of payment processing, card networks, and merchant acquiring.
- 3Data-driven approach using metrics to inform decisions and track progress.
- 4Proven ability to manage multiple projects in an iterative environment.
- 5Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- 6Customer-focused with empathy for user needs.
- 7Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and managing ambiguity.
- 8Experience with payment integrations is a plus.
