What You'll Do6
- 1Own the entire product delivery lifecycle, from intake to launch, including dependency and release management.
- 2Coordinate change management across functional partners, ensuring smooth transitions and effective resource use.
- 3Manage project timelines and dependencies, proactively addressing blockers and communicating with stakeholders.
- 4Define and track launch success criteria from pilot to general availability, measuring performance with metrics.
- 5Support client-facing teams during early adoption, gathering feedback and driving improvements to expand usage.
- 6Continuously improve market readiness, delivery processes, and adoption of new solutions and partnerships.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in product management or similar role, with 2+ years in fintech or financial services.
- 2Strong understanding of payment processing, card networks, acquiring, and merchant payment acceptance.
- 3Data-driven approach: use metrics and data to inform decisions and track progress.
- 4Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an iterative process.
- 5Excellent communication, conveying complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 6Demonstrated customer focus, empathizing with customer needs and interactions.
- 7Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, leading without authority, and managing ambiguity.
- 8Experience with payment integrations is a plus.
