What You'll Do8

  • 2Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to map production workflows and identify bottlenecks.
  • 3Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • 4Drive quarterly planning and resource allocation, aligning product goals with production capacity.
  • 5Monitor quality control metrics and product performance, using data to guide iterative refinements.
  • 6Facilitate stakeholder reviews and demo sessions, ensuring transparency on progress and trade-offs.
  • 7Implement Jira and Confluence to track product initiatives and streamline communication.
  • 8Champion process improvements in the warehouse and assembly lines, reducing waste and cycle time.

Requirements8

  • 15+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • 2Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • 3Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for production planning.
  • 4Proven ability to analyze cost data and quality metrics to drive product decisions.
  • 5Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to executives and shop-floor teams.
  • 6Adept at using SQL to query production databases and generate actionable insights.
  • 7Self-starter with a track record of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • 8Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP is a plus.
