Project Manager, Manufacturing & Mobile Solutions
Overview
You will own the project lifecycle from technical approval through launch and mass production for a growing mobility solutions provider. Working with global cross-functional teams in engineering, design, operations, and sales, you will define requirements, plan manufacturing, and drive product success through detailed analysis of quality and manufacturing metrics. This role is ideal for a project professional early in their career who is organized and passionate about solving problems with technology. You will report directly to the Product team and have direct impact on bringing innovative mobile products to market.
What You'll Do7
- 1Plan and execute cross-functional project kickoff meetings, defining scope, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- 2Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation across all phases from technical approval to mass production.
- 3Convert production demands into detailed manufacturing plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- 4Maintain project tracking tools with precise status of all activities, projected and actual, and develop data summaries.
- 5Prepare technical reports and manufacturing metrics to drive quality and efficiency improvements.
- 6Support global operations team with production planning and timing events.
- 7Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional project issues and provide additional support as needed.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 2PMP certification required.
- 35+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, project management, or business analysis.
- 4Proficiency in project management tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence.
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office ecosystem: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- 6Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems.
- 7Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- 8Ability to travel to S/E Asia as required.
