Product & Engineering Operations Manager
Overview
Run operating cadence for Product & Engineering while leading cross-functional initiatives. Own planning cycles roadmap workflows initiative tracking and coordinate team initiatives. Partner with product eng design legal sales and ops to create scalable frameworks for goal setting and execution. Analyze operational data to identify friction points and improve outcomes. Build outbound operations playbook with legal to scale with quality.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and optimize processes like product reviews retrospectives and engineering demos to drive clarity and velocity
- 2Build and maintain operational artifacts such as roadmaps planning docs capacity trackers and dashboards
- 3Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning product engineering design legal sales and ops to drive alignment and accountability
- 4Partner with product engineering and marketing leads to create scalable frameworks for goal setting prioritization and execution
- 5Analyze operational data and team feedback to identify friction points and implement improvement systems
- 6Develop our outbound operations playbook in partnership with legal to enable scalable growth
- 7Own planning cycles roadmap workflows initiative tracking and team initiatives
- 8Drive execution and outcomes through rigorous analysis and structured methodologies
- 9Foster communication across stakeholders with clear written and verbal skills
Requirements9
- 16-8+ years of experience in Product Operations Business Operations or Program Management in a high-growth product-led company
- 2Proven track record building and scaling operational processes from scratch
- 3Highly organized and methodical with strong analytical instincts proficient in Excel/Sheets SQL or dashboard tools
- 4Comfort with tools like Linear Figma Google Drive or similar systems
- 5Familiarity with outbound communications compliance including TCPA do-not-call and SMS sender registration
- 6Experience at an early-stage startup or scaling product organization
- 7Background in product management engineering consulting or strategy with deep operational exposure
- 8Understanding of OKR frameworks roadmap tools and product analytics platforms
- 9Knowledge of product management engineering consulting strategy and operational exposure
Salary Insight
$170 - $220k per year
