Forward Deployed Product Manager DOSS
Overview
DOSS seeks a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead end-to-end product operations for enterprise clients. This role drives discovery design and implementation across procurement inventory orders fulfillment finance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid value.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support e2e post sales customer lifecycle from discovery design product implementation and go-live for 1-2 larger clients
- 2Build new product capabilities within the DOSS ERP platform
- 3Contribute to best practices and process improvements across the team
- 4Conduct cross functional deep dives to map end-to-end business processes and workflows
- 5Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform
- 6Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations required for successful implementations
- 7Support UAT training and go-live support while building relationships with clients to drive retention and potential upsell
- 8Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve DOSS product and customer lifecycle processes
- 9Own the post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle for selected clients
- 10Identify gaps in DOSS product and translate them into actionable recommendations
- 11Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client outcomes
Requirements8
- 12+ years in engineering product operations consulting finance operations or technical program management at a technology company
- 2Systems thinker capable of traversing interconnected people process and technology domains
- 3High intensity work style with experience in fast pressure environments
- 4Technical foundation with ability to understand SQL concepts
- 5Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills
- 6Experience with ERP systems preferred but not required
- 7Ability to learn quickly and thrive in ambiguous situations

Salary Insight
$120 - $150k per year
