Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager, ERP Implementation
Overview
You will own end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles for upper mid-market and enterprise clients on the DOSS platform. 4-6 years in consulting, technical program management, or product operations at a technology company positions you to lead discovery, configuration, UAT, and go-live. You will bridge product, operations, and data, embedding directly with client leadership to translate complex business problems into working solutions. With a $55M Series B and backing from Madrona and Premji Invest, you will shape the platform's future while leveraging AI tooling to automate workflows and drive client advocacy. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles for upper mid-market and enterprise clients, from discovery through go-live.
- 2Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map business processes and surface requirements, identifying the right solution architecture on the DOSS platform.
- 3Translate complex operational and financial workflows into data models, product configurations, and API integrations.
- 4Build new product capabilities within DOSS to support enterprise-scale deployments and extend the platform.
- 5Collaborate with technical teams on data migrations and workflow automation.
- 6Own client relationships at the operator and director level, supporting senior-led executive relationships and escalations.
- 7Drive retention and expansion by turning successful implementations into client advocacy.
- 8Use AI tooling actively across your workflow and contribute to automation that improves team delivery.
Requirements7
- 14-6 years in consulting, technical program management, product operations, or implementation at a technology company; ERP experience is a plus.
- 2A systems thinker who can traverse interconnected people, process, and technology.
- 3Comfortable in fast-moving environments such as startups, consulting, or finance.
- 4Technical from first principles; work through engineering and logic problems with intuitive problem-solving.
- 5Strong analytical mindset; SQL experience is a plus.
- 6Fluent with AI tools and eager to apply them to real operational problems.
- 7Executive presence and communication skills that hold up in client-facing settings at the director level and above.
Salary Insight
