What You'll Do6
- 1Build and complete unit turns by cleaning, repairing, and touch‑ups to ready apartments for move‑ins
- 2Perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks to restore units
- 3Install hardware, replace fixtures and basic components as part of make‑ready work
- 4Troubleshoot appliances and ensure all systems function correctly
- 5Maintain safe work practices and proper tool use while following site protocols
- 6Communicate progress with onsite staff and coordinate with property operations team
Requirements5
- 1Experience as a Make Ready or Maintenance Technician
- 2General maintenance skills including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and hardware installation
- 3Ability to perform physical labor and use hand and power tools
- 4Must have own tools
- 5Ability to troubleshoot appliances and complete basic repairs
