Overview
You will prepare apartments for new residents and support daily maintenance across a busy community, completing make-ready tasks at 24+ units per week with a Mon, Wed, Fri schedule. Working alongside a tight-knit team, you will handle general repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and fixture installation. This role stands out for its consistent weekly pay and direct involvement in property operations.
What You'll Do6
- 1Complete unit turns and make-ready tasks within 48 hours per unit
- 2Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs to ensure move-in readiness
- 3Install hardware and troubleshoot appliances to specification
- 4Replace fixtures, hardware, and basic components as needed
- 5Coordinate with onsite staff on daily priorities and progress updates
- 6Maintain safe work practices and proper tool use at all times
Requirements7
- 11-2 years experience as a Make Ready or Maintenance Technician
- 2Basic electrical skills for outlet and switch replacement
- 3Basic plumbing skills for faucet and toilet repair
- 4Carpentry and hardware installation ability
- 5Proven appliance troubleshooting capability
- 6Own set of hand tools and power tools
- 7Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and standing for full shifts
