Overview
You will own maintenance operations for a residential community in Westerville, OH, handling work orders, unit turns, and grounds upkeep. What You'll Do8
- 1Complete work orders within 24 hours, ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.
- 2Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, from leaky faucets to clogged drains.
- 3Troubleshoot electrical problems, including outlets, switches, and breaker panels.
- 4Repair and maintain appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
- 5Perform carpentry tasks: drywall patching, door repairs, and trim replacement.
- 6Prepare units for new residents by cleaning, painting, and inspecting systems.
- 7Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities to high standards.
- 8Respond to emergency maintenance requests with professionalism and speed.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience.
- 2Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
- 3Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely.
