What You'll Do10

  • 1Build preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, panels, and piping systems to minimize downtime and maintain reliability
  • 2Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and basic control issues to restore system functionality quickly
  • 3Respond to alarms and emergencies to ensure safety and system uptime
  • 4Perform equipment checks, inspections, and parameter monitoring to identify issues early
  • 5Support system startup, shutdown, flushing, chemical changes, and on-site projects
  • 6Follow SOPs and safety procedures for handling chemicals and slurry and maintain accurate records
  • 7Replace worn parts and document maintenance activities for continuity between shifts
  • 8Assist with new equipment installations and system modifications on site
  • 9Collaborate with trainers to learn best practices for gas and chemical distribution equipment
  • 10Maintain cleanroom and FAB safety standards while working within 12-hour shift patterns

Requirements10

  • 11–5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
  • 2Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, piping, and instrumentation
  • 3Ability to read P&IDs SOPs and maintenance procedures
  • 4Electrical troubleshooting experience with industrial systems and 3-phase power
  • 5Mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and pneumatics
  • 6Willingness to work shifts, on-call rotations, and in cleanroom FAB environments
  • 7Strong safety mindset and adherence to EHS PPE LOTO chemical safety procedures
  • 8OSHA 10 General Industry training
  • 9Hazwoper training for hazardous materials
  • 10Previous semiconductor facility experience and familiarity with chemical slurry UPW systems
